Maybe it is because Celia Burton is only 14 years older than Mini-Me that I find myself thinking about how proud her parents must be of all that she has achieved in her career to date. Aged only 21, full of energy, ideas, enthusiasm and an address book to match, Celia is the rising star in the glamorous world of make-up. Working with the likes of Jamie Winestone, Agnys Deyn and The Chemical Brothers in London, Paris and New York, Celia seems unstoppable.
